I am a great believer of taking care of your mind and soul. So the secret of getting out from this trap is to move away from things that bother you and you feel traped in life. when you give attention to your soul ,mind and body you will surely feel refreshed.

1. Get some fresh air.
    Go outside for a lunch or whenever you have spare time .Sometimes going without your phone will help.Feel the air on your skin and meet people you adore and completely want to spend time.
